This is one of my first left-handed digital paintings with Wacom Graphire3 tablet [hurray!], or one of the last with right-handed mouse [blech, oh the painful slowness of it all] - I cannot remember.
EDIT: DRAWN FROM REAL LIFE GLASS POSITIONED ON MY DESK (summary of below edit)
EDIT: I was recently informed that some commenters might have not known I was drawing this from life, as in the glass was sitting on my desk in front of me. It wasn't generated from my imagination. When I said no photo reference, I meant I was looking at the model in real life, not on a picture on my screen right next to the drawing area, or a regular photo for that matter. Sorry for the confusion! It's always best to have your methods clear to the viewers, especially with computer art as it makes it easier for the viewer to see the hardware's role, the program's role and the artist's role in the picture's creation...

btw tools used = Photoshop brushes, and some paths and Bezier curves to help make the shapes look the cleanest and most realistic.

As of recent, the talented =Behana has joined us in bringing you this weekly newsletter and we are excited to have her on board. This is a special feature, with a selection of 50 manips from the past year that we loved.
